Patrick Pentony is a third generation Canberran who has set up and run successful businesses like Choku Bai Jo, the farmers outlets and The Southside Farmers Markets. Prior to starting these businesses Patrick completed his bachelor’s degree at the University of Canberra in Landscape Architecture. Patrick has also worked for City Services (previously Territory and Municipal Services) and worked for multiple Members of the Legislative Assembly.

Patrick currently lives in central Canberra where he is raising his two boys with his wife Peta. Patrick takes an active role in his children's school P&C and other local community groups.

Patrick’s experience in the private sector and local government have given him the understanding of what is needed in Canberra.
