Property Developers: In accordance with ACT electoral funding laws, property developers, close associates of property developers, and any person purchasing on their behalf must purchase the General Admission (Property Developer) ticket. Funds received from these ticket sales will be allocated to the Canberra Liberals’ Federal Campaign Account and used solely for federal electoral purposes.
Political Fundraising Event: This event is a fundraising event for the Canberra Liberals. A portion of the ticket price may constitute a political contribution for the purposes of applicable electoral funding and disclosure laws.
Ticket Purchaser Declaration: By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and, where applicable, that you have selected the appropriate ticket category.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable unless the organiser cancels the event.
For payments related to the Territory Election Camaign: By making a payment and/or donation to the Liberal Party of Australia (ACT Division), you affirm that you are not a prohibited donor under the Electoral Act 1992 (ACT) and that your details may be disclosed to Elections ACT to comply with funding and disclosure laws in the ACT. A prohibited donor is a foreign entity, property developer, or a close associate of a property developer or foreign entity as defined in the Electoral Act 1992 (ACT).
